Experience:
Taught in Preschool & 4K classrooms, beginning in 1997. Began administrative duties as Assistant Center Director, in addition to teaching, in 1999. From that point on, have held the position of Center Director in a nationally-accredited early childhood learning center, as well as Director in a non-profit, academic early childhood learning center. Currently the Owner/Director of Apple Ridge Academy!

My passion is Early Childhood Education, and I am excited to be a part of a wonderful staff of early childhood professionals! Apple Ridge Academy is the realization of my dreams of operating an early childhood program that focuses on the children and families we serve, with passionate, experienced and educated teachers and a curriculum based on the latest research in Early Childhood Education. I am always grateful for the opportunity to share in the growth and education of the children who become a part of our "family".
I am married to Chad, and have 2 children, Ashley and Brett. We also have a dog, Jack, and a cat, Smokey. We live in the wonderful community of New Berlin, very near Apple Ridge Academy. I enjoy volunteering in our community, reading, playing cards and dice games. I especially enjoy spending time with my husband and children, as well as with our large, extended family.
