Apple Ridge Academy uses a childcare management software called Kangarootime. Kangarootime is the single “go-to” place for nearly everything parents need for their child's time with us!
Kangarootime has a Parent App for Andriod and iOS that makes it very user-friendly. We are very excited to introduce Kangarootime to Apple Ridge for the added convenience for parents, ease of use, the enhanced security features, and the ability to share information with all of our Apple Ridge families quickly and easily in one central location!
Check-In / Check-Out:

Parents/Guardians can “Check-In” and “Check-Out” your child using the Parent App on your personal mobile device each day at drop-off and pick-up
Allergies:

If your child has allergies, you can provide detailed information about your child’s allergy and action plan in your child’s Kangarootime profile for teachers to have quick and easy access to see at all times.
Family Information:

Each family will be given access to their family’s information and parents can update this information at any time through the app.
Messaging:

We will send out important center updates and information regularly using Kangarootime messaging, you can even turn on push notifications for these important messages... so you will never miss a thing!

Kangarootime can be used for parents to quickly and easily send messages to your child’s teacher and to Apple Ridge administration in place of e-mail, if desired.
Daily Reports:

Daily report features will appear in a live-time feed on your parent app but will also be e-mailed out at the end of each day in a beautiful PDF report format.
Photo Gallery:

Each family will have a “photo gallery” in which you can access photos that the teachers snap of your child throughout their time at ARA.
Calendar:

A calendar of ARA events will also be easily accessible through the Kangarootime app.
