Reflection Questions:
Have you ever set a health goal or resolution and fallen short? Give an example if you have or haven't. When that happens, do you reflect on why you fell short (or were falling short) and adjusted your goal or did you just give up?
Give an example of a health goal you can set to "replace" a habit you're hoping to get away from or add a healthy habit that you don't currently have... then give an example of how you can hold yourself accountable to that goal.
Think about something intangible you wish you had more of in your life (example: time, energy, positivity)? Why do you want more of that? Now how can you give that to someone else at ARA? ***Remember when we model and give what we need to others, others begin to give the same things to us***
Can you think of a time in your life where you were having a conversation, and the other person helped you to think of something you never thought about before? Does talking with someone you trust, mean more to you than reading it online? Why or why not?
***Sometimes people have a wealth of information that they don't share, because they think others don't want to hear what they have to say*** Be the person to ask questions, and take interest. What do you want to know more about? What do you want to learn? What do you want to hear from others?
