Team Resiliency

How can we build resilience in our working environment and relationships with our teammates? Alicia Fleischmann shared a lot of great information about working in teams and creating teams that are truly resilient.

In this session at our 2024 Winter Staff Retreat, we did a small group activity along with this training. While you will not be able to complete the activity associated with this training, there is a lot of valuable information in the content portion of this training.
