*2 Hours of Continuing Education
At our January 2019 Winter Staff Retreat Tammy presented the idea behind the theory of Bucket Filling and Bucket Dipping in regards to our relationships and interactions with our co-workers (and others in our lives as well). We focussed on ways we can "fill each other's buckets" and recognize and support each other each and every day. We participated in a bucket-filling activity and left the afternoon session with very full buckets, compliments of our co-workers! Everyone at the retreat was given a copy of this book to take home as well to delve in and explore the theory and ideas further.
Apple Ridge created a reflection "worksheet" for those interested in gaining a better understanding of these ideas. This is a great tool to help you reflect on your current interactions and to help you grow as a "bucket-filler" and team member.
You may earn 2 hours of continuing ed for reading the book "How Full is Your Bucket?" and then completing the below reflection piece.
If you do not have your own copy of the book, you are welcome to borrow one from the office or you may purchase your own copy on Amazon by clicking here. You may also find printed copies of the reflection piece in the office as well.
